I've been coming here for years and it was one of the few places that was opened everyday of the year. Great prices and quality food. Also I enjoy being able to call ahead of time to place my order and that's a huge time saver. Now it does look like they have decided to close on Mondays and holidays.
I love this place. The food is consistently good when I order from them for delivery and I finally went to sit in person for lunch! There's ample parking on the block and right across the street. My family and I ordered the King Dong Chicken lunch special and the Deluxe Pan Fried Noodles and they were so good! The portions are generous and the lunch special is a great deal. The interior is cute and clean with a few nice aquariums! Our server was kind made our experience even better. I'll definitely be back! It's a reasonably priced spot with consistently delicious dishes :)
The food was great. Loved the service. Good ambiance for dining in. I know this place has gotten some bad door dash reviews but dining in was a great experience and I would recommend to everyone.
I'm down here in the Bay Area checking out iconic and unique restaurant locations that might not be on the usual tourist lists. I came across this restaurant with shall we say a unique name ... no explanation needed as to what this might mean! This place has been here with this name for 30 plus years so iconic it is! Let's see what the food is like , or if they really serve a king sized ... well, you know what. The menu looks to be a standard Chinese menu with some "authentic" stuff as well as the old standbys of sweet and sour stuff and egg rolls. I was here with some friends and we ordered several dishes. Included were the salt pepper chicken wings, a pan fried noodles dish, steamed fish, and salt pepper prawns. All the food was good and tasted like expected. Nothing over the top exciting and great, but good renditions of all. Service was actually better than most Asian places where they just get the job done and off you go ... they were friendly and nice. Just the name of this restaurant got us to come here and check it out. I'll put it on my list of possible repeat locations.
I've been coming here for years and it's still one of my favorite spots for Chinese food. I came in here to pick up take-out dinner on 9/11/21. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef, steamed rice and chicken chow mein for approximately $39 with taxes. Before the pandemic, the restaurant had been closing at 10pm but they now close at 9pm. Metered parking is available just outside the restaurant.
